Helen Newberry Joy Hospital is pleased to welcome Christine Gibson, PA-C, as an advanced practice provider in the HNJH Community Clinics.
Christine earned a Bachelor of Science in health sciences with a minor in exercise science from Oakland University. In May 2017, she earned a Masters Degree from Wayne State University’s Physician Assistant Program. She most recently was working as a PA in Emergency Medicine for the Physician HealthCare Network/McLaren in Port Huron, MI.
Gibson grew up in a rural area of Oxford, MI. She was drawn to the Upper Peninsula because of her love of the outdoors and is enjoying a sense of community. “Neighbors are friendly and truly care for one another here. I’m excited for the opportunity to be a healthcare provider to such a wonderful group of people,” explained Christine.
