HNJH to Hold COVID Vaccine Clinic Event This Saturday

HNJH covid vaccine clinic

Helen Newberry Joy Hospital will be holding a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Tahquamenon Area Schools Saturday, January 23, 8am - 5pm, by appointment only, no walk-ins available. For those of you who have signed up online or left a message on our voicemail box, we will be calling you over the next two days to schedule appointments for this Saturday. As a reminder, you will have to come back again in 3 weeks on Saturday, February 13, at the same scheduled time to receive your second dose.

It is our goal to vaccinate everyone this Saturday who have signed up; however, if you do not hear from us by Friday, you will remain on our list and included in an upcoming vaccine clinic.

For those aged 65 and older who would like to be added to our vaccination waitlist, visit bit.ly/hnjhvaccine. HNJH is providing vaccination by appointment only, in order to avoid long lines and to ensure an adequate supply of the vaccine. No walk-in appointments will be accepted.

If you have limited access to the Internet, please call 906.293.9289 to be added to our waitlist. This is a message-only number. Please include in your phone message: first and last name of those requesting an appointment, date(s) of birth, and return telephone number – please do not leave additional information. Please avoid calling if you can access the online system so phone lines can remain open for those with no help available.

Due to the extraordinarily high number of eligible individuals in the current phase(s), it could be several weeks before you receive an appointment time. We are committed to vaccinating our community and appreciate your patience during this time.
